Design
Our engineers design around your site. From detailed drawings or just a concept: a high-capacity precast plant with large aggregate storage was fitted onto a site with no room for stockpiles.
Manufacture
Three factories: concrete batch plants; crushing and screening; steel structures and silos. The newest halls are tall enough to erect a plant indoors for final testing.
Install
Components leave plumbed, wired and tested. A customer crew with one GRAU engineer put a G100M to work in six days; mobile plants need minimal foundations and no high ramp.
Support
A 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on mobile plants and screens, engineering support through the plant's working life, and spare parts for GRAU equipment and other makes.

A two-deck 1,500 × 4,000 mm wet-processing screen retrofitted into a washing circuit around an existing, mixed-make wash plant.

Installed for a hotel complex near skiing hills, with welded cement silos delivered up the mountain by our logistics team.
G100M in Tbilisi, Georgia
Four mobile cement silos and an integrated feeding system: no foundations, no ramps, and a nearby precast factory to supply.

Up to 800 t/h on limestone, dolomite and gypsum, despatched and put into operation.
